Standard tuning for a tenor banjo is CGDA lowest to highest. A plectrum banjo is tuned CGBD. A tenor banjo has either 17 or 19 frets and the plectrum banjo has 22 frets.

Well, since a ukelele usually has 4 strings and a banjo usually has 5, I'd guess the banjo is about 20-25% harder to play. Hey, I'm better at math than music. (But not that good at either...)
