i would never buy a bose, Apperently they have great customer service so it shouldent be too hard but...... there speakers are terrible.
It's all in Bose's marketing target. They have a unique way to market which others either do not want to share or are blocked someway by Bose. Bose is a marketer first and they do it well. Others probably don't want to compete with Bose via TV commer...
